Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to provide a clear and fair process for order questions, damaged shipments, and eligible returns.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging materials. Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

How to request a return

  2. Provide your full name, order number, and reason for the request.
  3. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our support team.

Non-returnable items

For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened wearable health products, used devices, damaged items caused by customer misuse, and final-sale clearance products are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue promptly.

Refund timing

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. After an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be available and the item will be subject to the standard return process.
